I know canned pumpkin puree is available pretty much year round, but something about pumpkin products just is more common this time of the year.

After you extract the honey, the wax remains in the frames. What do you do with the wax??
I am aware peeps do make candles from it,, But can it be just left there, and bees will refill it with new honey next time???

Jared, you can dice the pears up, and bake a pear cobbler. You don't need to use them all at once. freeze some portions diced for future bakes.
Easy cobbler,, is a yellow cake, (baking powder raised) somewhat stiff, with fruit pieces pushed into the dough.
With pears, you can just wash them...
