    They ended up being the most beautiful mutt chickens! I think they were all sapphire splash rooster mixes though. But they all ended up being so pretty! I think the grey/blue ones are the cream legbar mixes.

    The darker chick with the yellow dot on it's head is throwing me off..and one of the striped chicks looks like a cream legbar to me (on far left)..although I know welsummer chicks look very similar to them!

    I hatched 5 chicks- cream legbar cock over 1 marans (black copper or blue- I am unsure), 2 welsummers and 2 legbars. I believe I have 2 ccl roosters and the darker striped chicks are the welsummers and the lighter would be the marans? These wouldn't be sex linked right?

    Legbars are autosexing, so yes. At least he's looking purebred so far..I'll post another pic when he's more fluffed up. I won't cull, I may even try to continue to breed my own 'pink' legbars. I'd love to have autosexing both blue & pink egged birds!

    Haha yes it can be a process. I finaly just started to get "regulars" to buy my eggs. Otherwise I usually had an over abundance! The purple eggs have been the coolest thing!! I dont have a good picture of the coated ones, but they are more common than my speckled ones
