    Two hours today. A bit chilly but dry. We got out for a full two hours. I had stuff to do and they went to roost while I was doing it. It was properly dark when I left so I didn't disturb them so no roosting picture.

    Henry was between nine and ten years old when he died. We had a devastating few weeks that suddenly left me with just Henry's two daughters. Henry's favourite hen, Fret, the mother of all the chicks that hatched and one of their daughters, Tull, all died within a few weeks of each other.
