Is your duck female? If it’s not and it’s a Drake, then make sure the new duck/s you get are at least 5 months old if they are females.
when you get a new friend duck , at first let them meet each other through a fence put some kind of separation fence for the first couple of days at least...

Oh poor thing I just saw this now too. I had a couple of similar situations with my ducklingstoo I left them in the incubator to rest, and they gradually got stronger.
@Quacking ducks you can use a 5 gallon bucket with a lid , you cut a hole in the lid so the duck can stick her head out. Fill it about 1/4 with lukewarm water and Epsom salt. Put duck in to soak for 30 minutes or so.
