Well, you know, in the end it's just life. Having the "for sure" honestly changes nothing, except making you more convinced of certain aids and coping skills that can help - if you even need help to begin with.

Yeah, we never did meds and I had no help. My mom knew I had ADHD, and spent time researching what all of that meant, but was not capable of flexing herself to suit me better. She was not an effective teacher. It was really awful. :\
