In order for men to ride Western, they technically have to ride with improper horsemanship.
My older sister was a (Western) trail guide for many years. She once had a man who was so uncomfortable that he kept trying to sit on the cantle. 😂

I just ask because the guys I know (outside of literal rodeo) either try it young and hate it, or stick with it but specifically do English. To be fair, English riding is recommended for male comfort... 😂
