Why won't they Molt?!?
I'm sure my dog would eat the birds food if he could get to it. Is she sitting on eggs? she is starving herself it can happen and if she isn't on eggs you need to break her of her broodiness asap. Muscovy are so dedicated to brooding even if they don't have eggs. She probably won't molt until next year since she is only 5 months old but she will have mini molts just not the big one where they lose their flight feathers. Will my two ducks welcome or become friends with two more ducks?
If me and I have done this numerous times I would put the newbies in the fencing out where the ducks and chickens hang out. This gives everyone a chance to get to know each other. Muscovy Waterlogged
My Muscovy always look waterlogged a couple months before they have their big molt in the fall. Has she had her molt yet this year? How old is she asking because mine usually start laying around 8-9 months old. And they molt in Sept -Oct.- Miss Lydia

Some people hate Muscovy so much they will poison them. I'm sorry your having to see this.
