We don't have shut off valves. Really need them. Do have a well marked breaker box Oh it was probably hilarious when I screamed and started beating down the pipe with the faucet open. When I told hubby he just said that the pliers arent a hammer. Everything is a hammer

Hose on hot water outlet burst in middle of night Saturday. That was fun. Good thing I get up to pee. Turned off well and heater to deal with in daylight. Got hose replaced. All good. Tiny trickle of hot water in faucets. Drained tank yesterday and flushed. No improvement. Figured we'd need to...

Just busy around here lately. Dogs were cleared of their 2 weeks blood monitoring on Friday. So they were in the 30% of survivors after eating that skin cancer cream. Only because I took them straight to emergency vet when I caught them with it

No idea if mine is. Probably like the septic and listed basically as "we assume there is one". I found a similar septic about 300 feet from the house a few years ago. It's very close to the stream. According to my elderly neighbor, there used to be a small house over there as well.

Hopefully your silkies will use the ramp. Some do. Mine act like even a 2 foot ramp will kill them. I just put in cinderblock steps which they don't mind

It's a portable one. Has handle and wheels. With effort we can pull it up the ramp into the truck bed. Lives under the awning and I just run power cords. Yes it's dirty. Anything under there for awhile starts looking like that. Just needs wiped down.

Cant hear my generator if your more than 50 feet away. It's running on Eco because no huge draw. It being super quiet was one reason we wanted this one. That way it doesn't attract tweakers

We're in that sort of rectangular blob at the bottom above the 8. We at least have a crew assigned. Orting citizens Facebook groups had a rumor that a transmission line is down and why the city is dark. This looks much better than it did this morning
