Oh my gosh, yes, cotton leggings are awesome!
Making coffee? Cotton leggings. Working out? Cotton leggings. Walking the dogs? Cotton leggings. Coop chores? Cotton leggings. Posting on backyardchickens.com? Cotton leggings!
Dance Dance Revolution 3rd Remix was my favorite game. They had one in an arcade next to a movie theater and I would stop by and play any time I was out running errands. I had a blast on that thing. I played it so much I accidentally lost 11 pounds. Didn't need to but it was great cardio exercise!
Now that I look at it, I think that is Jethro dressed as a Roman soldier. I haven't seen that many episodes so I don't know what the context was but I'm pretty sure that's him.
It's supposed to rain a little today, so yesterday afternoon I rebuilt the roof of one of the pens. My plan was to remove the existing roof, replace the wood frame, and rebuild the roof over the new frame with hardware cloth and tarps.

It could be something from Star Trek, I like the way you think! But it's just a label maker. You turned the disk to select which letter you wanted and squeezed the handle.
Well, I was way off because it started raining this afternoon as soon as we removed the roof of one of the walk-in pens. 🤦♀️ Fortunately the hens had been moved into a different pen (with a roof). It kept raining all afternoon while we worked on it. But as I always say I'm Irish and the rain...
Thanksgiving crossover episode with the cast of Green Acres, Beverly Hillbillies, and Petticoat Junction, 1968. Not sure which show the soldier guy is from. 😄
This was my Saturday morning favorite show, accompanied by a bowl of peanut butter Cap'n Crunch cereal.
Fun fact: Cap'n Crunch's full name is Horatio Magellan Crunch.
