I know this isn't exactly about chickens, but it does involve chicken egg's here in Arizona. I just found out that Hickman's Farms may sell the farm to an global egg producer from Brazil. How will we know if those egg's are American or not if they do? My flock isn't laying egg's yet.

I don't have any older ones over here. It's just those chick's that I hatched. I don't get as cold, nor have the kind of snow that some of you have. I grew up where it was cold and snowed, and I'm glad that I don't have to shovel snow. It's the hot summer's that I have my worries.
Yes, there seems to be recalls on a lot of foods. You have to keep on top of them. Not all remove them off the shelves right away. I try to watch for what's on recall every day.
Actually, I haven't eaten any chicken salad that I had not made at home myself in years. Now, I don't think I will be tempted to try theirs out for sure.
I sort of experienced that a bit during the last few months after my husband's operation, but I had to do it.
