Oh man that means that I have more cockerels then pullets.. I can't believe the Alfa rooster hasn't tried to attach them. They are all in the same coop. I mean he starting to peck when it's snack time but not at all when there just roaming or chillin in the coop
I have 10 babies that hatched on sept. 2 and I still can't tell which are which I work now so I'm not around during the day to here if they try to crow. I'm trying to get individual pics so y'all can help me tell.
This could be but they should be on laying pellets to help them with egg production. Once u see them squat then u know within couple days or weeks they will start laying.
I have 12 weeks chicks that I'm not sure if they are pullets or roosters? Can anyone help me figure it out I believe the white chick is maybe a rooster by its tail feathers but not sure.
