Your instincts are right. She has a fighter stance - ready to take on anyone that comes at her. I have to stop thinking of her as cute little Piglet, and remember she has now connected to her inner dinosaur. Pretty, but scary!

I have no idea. Sorry. Don’t even own an incubator. I have an assortment of broody hens who could no doubt answer the question if they would just stop biting me. There is an incubating forum - you should start a thread there. Lots of folk really know about this stuff.

I use Gatorade (berry flavor with real sugar) but don’t tell anyone or I will be subject to naming and shaming. It is shocking to me how much chickens love that stuff!
