Well, that is what I had thought, so I bought a small bag. I put a decent portion in a dish for them to have available. The next day it was all gone. Long story short, they went thru a 5lb bag in less than 10 days!
Mine hate cabbage! But if they see one little green grape in the treat tray, they will throw everything out and fight over it. lol They are seriously not very picky. Oh, my daughter found out they do not like beef stew, but loove chili. haha
And please excuse the horrible state of the coop. We have been hammered with fires all around us lately and have missed cleaning. It was done today!

So what else would cause damage like that to their backs? I have only seen it from breeding? Am I just misreading the situation? And then just "thought" I saw bullseyes because that is what my brain expected. lol
There is a post from me a few weeks ago with pics of all 12 of my chickens. Everyone pretty much said hens, that is why I am now confused with what I am seeing! I can try and get new pics of the other 8, but they all squat and we are getting 8 eggs a day. These 4 are the only ones that do not squat.
