We had Great Pyrenees, the male had been abused. The female was always wandering off. We finally got him to trust us, but was always wary of others. We took the female back to the people we got her from.

My son and his Lhasa, Chicklet, used to go to costume contests. I made them both dragon costumes once. They were so cute!

That's a coat that requires extensive care. And I am sure those dogs are very pricey.

I do hot baths every morning, and muscle relaxers. Massages are fabulous too.

One of my Lhasas was named Oscar the Grouch. He didn't like being bothered when he went in his crate. The girls were like teddy bears, the kids carted them all over the house and put costumes on them.

Larry, sorry but Lhasa Apsos are non-sporting dogs, not herding. They are mostly used for watch dogs, indoors. I used to breed them. Lovely pets too.

I was bitten by a German Shepherd too, I was about 12 I think. Was riding my bike, and he came tearing down the hill and latched onto my leg. I was screaming, which is why he let go and didn't keep biting me. I needed a couple of stitches, he got to be chained up for 10 days.

I had a good nap, but could go right back to sleep.

They're quite sturdy, and if the cow kicks at them, they duck I guess. Pretty low to the ground

I went out and dug more in the garden, even though it is damp. Got another row of potatoes planted. Then I drove the Mule down to the river to get more sand. But, the Mule would not start when i was ready to go. . . So I had to walk back to the house and tell hubby so he would go jump start it...
