Got some flowers transplanted outside today!and some squash and ground cherries into the raised garden. Also threw some flowers in there.I have some zinnia seeds I still need to figure out where to plant, too.
Everything seems so small and fragile at this stage, it’s hard to imagine things...
I still have a bunch in the greenhouse, temps are just too cold here at night! But I wanted to share, because I am happy with the progress most things have made! About 5 or so tomato plants doing well, what varieties they are, though, I couldn’t say. I lost their markers during transplant! 🤦🏽♀️...
Ah dang it for the cauliflower. I think I’d still try if it were just a few leaves. Last year I had quite a few leaves get destroyed on my cauliflower by some hail and I just chopped them off and it eventually recovered and kept growing. It would’ve done well had it not gotten infested with...
Thank you! I’ll see what I can come up with this weekend. We have to do a little bit of work to devise a way to keep the chickens out anyways, so a little border is in line with that.
That is so amazing, i had no idea! Maybe I could even start some this weekend. Temps are in the 60s/70s during the day and upper 30s/40s at night. I’ll have to try it.
Ugh I know! It gets so warm in there during the day then plummets at night. Sometimes I hate Wyoming!
I wonder if they just do much better directly sowed in the ground. I’ll plant some directly in the ground in a few weeks and be able to compare the outcome.
