My big girl hatched 14 out of 15 eggs this weekend. Only one needed a little help, found him in the corner belly up and cold, thought he was dead till I touched him and he moved. Put in on a heating pad and back to life he sprang!
One of my big splash hens went broody! One more week till they hatch! This is a mixed flock with a splash rooster, two splash hens, two gold laced, two silver laced, two americaunas, a black laced and a buff Orpington ... who knows what will hatch!? Haha
If you are talking about mine, sorry for the confusion, they ARE all Roos, in fact the middle one is the only one not crowing. I'm just asking if anyone has any before and after pics of similar colored boys

These guys are right over four weeks, I think one roo, two pullets but in iffy on one. The roo is blue, the iffy is black and the pullet is....?? The black has an obvious shiny black with green tint you can kinda see in the pic, the other is less shiny no green tint.
Roo, sorry I need to get a...
Well he's a boy! My 8 week old was very clearly flapping his wings and crowing this morning! I've been listening to my 12 week olds attempts and apparently so has he.
I don't think so, something about not being a recognized breed, but don't hold me to that I don't get any where close to shows. Just think I've read that somewhere
