@riss I remembered these breakfast cookies that are easy to make and filling (like a beefed up granola bar): #32,677
That's a fun recipe to play around with because you can switch the ingredients up lots of different ways. And it uses up those last 2 bananas that always seem to get over-ripe...
Funny this thread came up today, I was just making something and thinking it might work for you @riss.
Frittatas are simple to make.
6 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2
salt, pepper
1 1/2 cup grated cheese
about 1 cup cooked meat such as sausage or bacon crumbled up or diced ham...
I have the cups unwrapped and ready to put on top of the cookies straight out of the oven. That makes the cups stick to the cookie.
They are delicious :drool
If you want something sweet and easy, these are good:
Peanut Butter Cookies
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup peanut butter (either crunchy or smooth)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix it all together. Put tablespoon size lumps on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 325* for about 14 minutes...
