That sounds like a great idea with the berries. Never fed mine berries before so will have to test them out first. Pea size amount of safeguard sound about right?

Hi, I got the results of the stool check done at Cornell. They found cecal worms. No signs of gapeworms or coccidia. I will call around stores once they open to see if I can find Valbezen but have my doubts about finding it.I will get some online but I would like to start treatment right away...

I didn't see a y shape but then again they were in poop. Can't confirm that. Isn't it possible the roo coughed them up and then swallowed them? Where do they normally go when they die?
Sorry, no pics. They were approximately 1 to 1 1/2" long.Just an estimate. The other rooster seems to be having trouble breathing which I hadn't noticed before, other than the gaping which was periodic. All new to me so if vet is right these were adult gapeworms in poop.
Ok, so I found red worms in my roos poop this am. Does this mean the ivermectin worked since they haven't had the panacur since 9/23? Is it possible to have adult gape worms in stool? How do they go from respiratory to digestive system? Showed to vet and he confirmed gape worm. So now do I wait...
