    Everyonce in a while there is a cute racoon in a trap. They have that working for them. But just remember their food source is our birds ! When a racoon killed my pullet that would fly up on my shoulder it became easy for me to kill them. Here is a pic for a memory of her

    orps are my new fav too the make the best mommies i bought several the other dday at the coop one ended up being a roo but now i have 9 hens and one roo i am going to sratrt being a breeder i got murray cackle and ideal so far in the genetic mix for them what do you think :?

    Murray McMurray vs Cackle

    My BO from Murray went broody right around one year of age. Then last year I got a female BO in my cackle mystery box. She actually outgrew the Murray BO at 6 months of age. They are both fantastic birds. I have always swore by Murray. But I like cackle too now
