Not wanting to argue with you, but it is a complete feed for poultry/chickens
Being you mentioned "Top Dress" I believe you looked at the Cattle formula, not poultry.
Oh definitely check dates on everything & everywhere, not just Chewy. The customer service at Chewy is superb and am positive they would make it right if anything went wrong or one wasn't satisfied with a product or date.
Has anyone ever tried this feed? It's a product from Kalmbach Farms & contains animal proteins. I've been curious about it, but not bit the bullet on it. Any reviews?? Oh it's 22% protein and I already feed 21% protein, so unsure if the price & animal protein is worth a 1% improvement.
I used to order the Kalmbach All Flock, but one time they refused to eat it & went days without eating, so figured they knew something that I didn't know & tossed it. Switched over to Nutrena & been happy since. Oh yes, am familiar with autoship.
Just wanted to alert others. I ordered Nutrena Naturewise Free Range Egg Producer Pellets 21% Protein from Chewy and am impressed since was milled on 8/21/25 & I received it 8/30/25 🤯 I can't get anything fresher. I know some folks often wonder about Chewy, but I've had nothing but excellent...

Don't know if they have an App, but an excellent site to ID Insects. Various ways to search as well. I was told about the site by a DVM.
I'd take him to his Vet since he's acted out more than once. He most likely has something going on & so he's acting out for help. Another thought - have you changed his food, bowls, water, litterbox, litter or location of any of those items? Hecould be simply telling you he doesn't like it if...
Hammerhead flatworm, highly invasive. Cover it completely with salt to kill it. You can also turn a ziplic bac inside out to protrct your hand to puck it up, then turn right side while removing hand & seal it closed. Just insure it is dead before disposing. I myself would add more salt just to...
Yup have to kill them & even then you're just thinning the herd. If you kill enough of them you'll have a year or two with few problems if any, but you have to consistently trap & kill.
Think I was just hoping she'd be something other than a Wyandotte. My experience is they're not very predator savvy, but can only get what's available at the feed store.
Had a coon attack my hen in broad daylight this week. I heard the hen make a noise & ran out there. I beat the coon with my bare hands and the coon let go. Grabbed up my girl & wrapped her up in a towel. The entire time the coon was 5 feet away watching. We went inside the house & the coon came...
From the local feed store, about 6 weeks old. They had Buff Orpingtons, Wyandottes & assorted. I think she'll be pretty regardless. Hasa single comb,so not sure of wyandotte & looks blue/grey in the sun in areas.
I am in NE FL and our Tractor Supply has a minimum of 5 chicks. The local feed store (Standard Feed) does not which is where i now get them because they're more knowledgeable, you can choose which ones you want & it's supporting a family versus a corporation. Will say years back when I purchased...
