    I have three wheaten Americaunas hatch. One has a curled up foot and can't stand though :-( I'm making a little chick sandle now. None of the orp eggs I bought even started. I think they weren't even fertile :-/ ah well... I guess it happens... what a pain. Won't be ordering from that guy again.

    I have a cuckoo Marans that is the friendliest hen in my entire flock. She is lovely and her siblings have feathered shanks but she does not. I love her temperament but would it be a huge mistake to consider including her in a breeding pen because of her obvious faults?
