No waste feeder...where did it go?
I saw a link posted in the forum once of a feeder that was made out of PVC pipe I think. Looked like it would really reduce the food waste. Was a wavy cut out on the top part for the poultry to access the food. It was posted once in the sale section and I saw it on eBay before but now that I... -

Looking to get more QUAIL eggs
Wondering if anyone has eggs for sale? I really want a combo of white and tuxedo only. My last batch I was hoping for more variety but I only hatched out one tuxedo. Let me know what you have and how much! Thank you!- Berlena

Ok I float tested the remaining 12 eggs in in the 'bator. I've never done this before so I tried to go by the description in the sticky. I just want to be sure that I am getting it right. Is the pic below of a "Low Floater"? Ten of them floated like this. Two floated a bit higher...with a lot... -

Number 11 seems to have a weird growth on it's rump. Looks a fleshy ball. The other chicks are pecking at it. It's toes look a little extra crimped. Is this gonna be a cull? -

So I ended up going and getting the metal shade because the other one did not focus the heat as well. Looks to be about 92 under the light and about 82 on the opposite side.
