My baby turkeys are about four weeks old. They have had free range of the chicken pen for the past two weeks. They quit eating their feed a couple of days ago and so far I have lost three of them. One of them a couple of days ago and two this morning. I find them at the edge of the brooder...

I have found that if you want to get something dry, like chickens, use talcum powder. Dry what you can with other things, then get the last bit of moisture with talcum powder. It should not affect your lungs and you don't need gloves.
It works on wood dance floors when the roof leaks, babies'...

I have like 1.5-2" of snow. This makes me think of a few years ago when my mother canceled Christmas. There was 6-8" of snow in Tacoma and about 14-16" in Olympia.
