Man, when I'm in "old soul" mode, nobody likes me except the crochety old ladies from the Baptist churches I grew up in. 🤣 Maybe I will be a grumpy kind of old lady.
Eventually you start to hear the same stories from different voices, words, and mindsets. Then the world is a little less bizarre (but there's ALWAYS something to catch you off guard, haha).
The cool thing about that, too, is that I never really had to be afraid of those things - so it was just interesting. Obviously somewhat concerning, lol, but instead of running in blind fear, I could look at it and go "huh".

There are so many things I've learned about so-called paranormal stuff just through more deeply exploring my faith, to the point that it's honestly just fact for me. Obviously we can't know the complexities of it at all, but I'm never surprised to sense something supernatural, or...
1) Favorite Color(s)? - Blue is my go-to.
2) What chicken breeds do you all have? - None personally right now, but the flock at my family's house which were "mine" include Buffs, Dominiques, EEs, Wyandottes, and many more.
3) Favorite Thanksgiving Food/Drinks? - Pumpkin pie and sparkling apple...
The second batch came out much more nicely after a total of 45-50 minutes in the freezer, as opposed to 30. 🥳
I still feel the emotional sting of the initial disappointment... But my craving has been sufficiently satisfied. 😌
I think I didn't leave them in the freezer long enough, so they kinda melted too much and lost their shape and turned into cheese pools. I'm leaving the second batch in for longer before baking.
Now I'm not usually one to cry over spilled milk (or melted cheese), but I did almost cry, because...
