I have 2 for sure fbcm that I'm 100% sure one is roo and 99% sure other one is too. I also have another fbcm that I think is a pullet but I can't tell if she is a pure or one of the ones I crossed to make olive eggers. They are 7 weeks.

ul considering most were shipped eggs. I did end up with one scissor beak barnyard mix. I dont have the experience or time to really care for this special needs guy(gal?). Anyone here want to give him a loving home?

I still stand by my answer. She said it lays "huge brown eggs" I have several BMS's that dont have feather on legs*(and those that do only have one or two small ones) and as for the coloring, extremely common with backyard breeding and hatchery birds. Seen its TONS of times.

The answer to that seems to vary. They are supposed to lay around 180-260 L to XL brown eggs annually. Some have said that they lay smaller than that. More on the L side not many XL. They are one of the oldest chicken breeds and my family used to have nothing but them!
