Unfortunately he passed away, had to get another since I just had one and now don't know but goose or gander is now raising two babies and it loves every minute of it! He is such a good goose mom.
LoL they are Duckduck and Goose, I cant have Goose without Duckduck, they are pals and they think I'm mom,. Fun is running in circles with them with arms and necks out 😂🤣🤷🙋
Yes I massaged it yesterday evening when he let me, and I gave him mineral oil in the water. He is moving better today, even ran to me this morning, hence why I gave him tylan seems respiratory to me, but I'm not a vet just guessing.
It's not asperlagosis, I had one die from it, I know what that sounds like. I had some tylan powder from my duck that I just made for Duckduck, if it's a respiratory illness from bacteria this should help if not we will go to the vet on Thursday, he or she is doing better this morning.
Yeah I'm pretty sure I feel the impaction now, he wouldn't lete feel before, but I got a chance just a minute ago. Ugh might take it to be humanely put to sleep 😧
If he did its weird the other didn't as they literally do everything together, mucking same areas not to mention all my birds do the same things just at different times of the other birds. I just don't think it's possible
Lol of course all my bills are due and these vets out here charge crazy prices for dogs and horses the vet that charges me 50 for birds is booked for 2 weeks, everyone else wants between 100-180 just to see bird that's not to run tests or x-rays ugh.
I truly don't know, but it's possible, I don't have any. Never have what I need until I don't need it so like my banamine paste I'll get some so I have it. I have two geese only one acting strange, they both do the same things, go same places together in yard so it's strange to me only one sick...
Well unfortunately I don't even know if this vet will be able to see this goose to tomorrow not really sure if it will make it until then, I don't know how to massage or help and apparently no one else either so I'm just gonna watch this poor goose die right in front of me.
LoL and they are attacking the manes and tails of my horses when they lay down. My geese are free range and my electric fence is too tall to shock them.
