To me that doesn't look normal, tough what he's eating might be part of the reason. It looks better than the first pictures, but the shape of the fecal matter and the color of the urates worry me. Here is a close-up:

I did the math real quick and that seems like the correct amount. When treating pigeons, poultry, gamebirds, waterfowl, etc, here in the US it's 912-960 mg per gallon (128 ounces), which end up medicating the water to ~0.024%.
In the US, the mfg and FDA say to treat at this level for 5-7...
