    Muscovy duck Q&A

OK thank you. How about the rest of the flock. Will they harm the duckling. I have a bunch of 3 week old chickens and ducks that I bought and from what I'm reading I can't introduce them to the flock until they are like 4 months old or the flock may harm them. Does that mean the flock will...

    Muscovy duck Q&A

Yea they were. This was my first attempt at hatching just surprised I made it that far. I had 6 healthy babies moving like crazy till I took that trip up north then I messed up by not checking the eggs in the box on the way down for the first 45 minutes which basically cooked them 3 days...

    Eggs and more Q & A

Me too but I doubt it, still not even internal pip. I'm guessing the overall temp has been low for it to be this far past due. And the weird thing is all day today I can't keep temp to 99/100 all day no matter what I do it's sitting at 97/95 degrees

    Eggs and more Q & A

It hasn't pipped internally and there are still veins. I was reading some threads where some took 41 or more days to hatch. I'm just going to leave it alone and hope for the best

    Eggs and more Q & A

Update:. I have the humidity up we are on day 37. Still no changes with egg or duckling internally. Still see it moving so it's alive,. But I have a feeling humidity was to low and it's stuck to membrane on one side of the egg for the last 5 days, while turning it,. It's been on the same side...
