    Are Naked Necks (Turkens) from Hoover Hatchery pure? Or do they mix them with other breeds and, given that the naked neck genes are dominant, just call the Naked Necks?

    I was looking into crossing a Blue Cuckoo Marans with a RIR, then crossing the rooster Barred male offspring back to a RIR. The calculator says I'd get a Blue patterned Red (Incomplete) Colombian. What do these look like?

    I guess I’m a little confused because that’s what I reas, but when I plug this into the Kippenjungle calculator, it doesn’t become so clear. But nevertheless, I was thinking about breeding a Cuckoo Marans Roo over a Welsummer Hen to get a crele. This should work - am I correct?

    My buddy got some from Tractor Supply. They were supposed to be Penedesencas. I’m not sure their age, but but not laying yet, so I approximate around three or four months.
