Thanks! I have noticed that he has legs that are very far apart compared to my adult female. Smudge is still small enough to where he chirps and trills, it is so cute! Where I got Smudge they said they think that it is a he... But I guess time will tell. -

Duckling breathing fast?
She is fine now, I was worrying for nothin. I put her in the pool for about 20 minutes and stopped breathing like that. She is better now. I just get worried about nothing lol -
My hen just died, no reason identifiable.
She did have shade and she is cooling down I put her in a pool for an hour or so and still pants after an hour of going out knowing she becomes hot again. But she is getting better from what I can tell. She is drinking water. It is supposed to rain andbstorm tonught so she should be cooler- klemele

My hen just died, no reason identifiable.
I am REALLY worried! My Rouen Duck is breathing really fast with her mouth open and I am worried she might not be well or even make it! You cant hear her breath and it is around 75degrees outside right now... Should I be worried?? And during the whole day it was around 97 degrees, is she still...- klemele

I am worried she wont make the night, could that happen because of a broken heart? Is there a genetic thing for heart problems etc that couldve happened to my male? -
