i was hoping ya'll would tell me to slip 'em in under cover of darkness tonight so i could avoid the messiness of brooding goslings (yuck!) story of my life *eye roll*
i guess i'd better get going and drag the brooder out and clean it up!
thanks again!
i have pilgrim eggs hatching in the bator today. i also have a pilgrim goose sitting on a nest of dud eggs. and i mean she is stuck like glue to these eggs. she's a first time mama and unfortunately didn't catch on until it was too late. i'm wondering if i can slide these little hatchlings...
i bake "birdie bread" pretty frequently. i start with a cornbread base, add eggs (shell and all), whatever fruits and veggies i have on hand, enough milk to bring it to cornbread consistency, and bake until it tests done. i offer it to both my caged birds and poultry as a treat. they all seem...

a piece of all-clad cookware......i save for months and months to buy a piece. VERY spendy, but high enough quality that i'll be able to pass it down to my kids lol
give it a nice warm bath (without soap) to remove all the "glue" then get it under the warmer to dry. it may not be standing/moving around because it's simply too stiff from the glue to do so. keep us posted
welcome back, sue!
sounds like you're gonna be about as happy as a pig in...........well, pretty happy!
i think your daughter and grands are very fortunate, indeed, to have you in their lives!
