    I would go an extra day since her eggs got cold. I usually go 3 days from the first hatch. Sometimes you can feel the egg vibrating even if you hear no chirping.

    Probably getting back to work is the best way to take her mind off things. I imagine teaching children is a lot like dealing with inmates. One bad nurse or security guard can cause a lot of issues. The problem with bad teachers is that they have a lasting affect on little minds.
