    Bought bantams from TSC even though I try to stay away from them since I can hatch my own eggs. Well I’m stumped on what bantam this is. It’s been years since I’ve had chicks since I’ve been buying POL chickens from friends and family.

    I find my tanks usually used on Craigslist or yard sales. I just got a huge tank for $50 from my dads neighbor. He had a bearded dragon, but he didn’t anymore.

    How to feed chickens pills?

    Get those dog treats you hide pills in. They work well. You need to hide it well in food. You can try wet cat food too. Just enough to hide the pill.

    We had 3 defective quail from the may hatch. Hoping there are less in this hatch because nothing sucks more than having to off chicks. Most of it was leg issues which I am not sure what quail in my covey is causing it, but good thing that covey will be replaced in a few weeks.

    I keep them. I have one that’s 6 right now and she’s good bug control. They still have jobs as they get older. They till gardens and kill off pests.
