Only one of mine wobbled, sorry 2 of them did but the one that died yesterday wobbled a lot but then died in the shell even thought it was nearly out.
Hope all goes well for your hatch

Did the float test and the remaining eggs are dead. I have now got 7 healthy chicks and 1 that isnt too good.
But the float test did work and when i opened the eggs they had all died at sort of the same age.im no expert so its a best guess but i would reckon they would have only been about 5...

Another update
Left home to take my son to work this morning and one of eggs was still at the same stage as yesterday and i thought it was stuck . 20 mins later when i got home it had hatched all on its own and looks lovely.
There are a couple more with little chips in the egg so hopefully...
Well just a quick update, the little chick doesnt look too good at the moment its rolling all over the floor and its head still looks bent downwards. The other issue is now its rolled all the other eggs into the corners , willl this effect there hatching chances?
Dont think i can go through...
Thanks for the replies. I did think that about the turner moving too fast. Can you give me any more info about fitting the other turner in. i have got two other humidity readers in the bator as the one with it is really bad its 29% out .

Hi
Not sure if anyone saw my other thread about hatching my pheasant eggs, if not it all ended in disaster dead in shell , died with beak sticking out of shell. Anyway i am now on round two and in lockdown, i have altered everything from the last time, made a self watering system so i didnt...
total disaster, 3 died as they were pipping and the others were formed but dead in the shell. i started another thread under pheasants and quail at the time as i wasnt getting many replies. i was totally gutted and dont want to make the same mistake again.
I have just started another thread...
Not sure if any of you read my thread about incubating pheasants, well it was a disaster they all died.
I need some advice if possible, i am due to put in another 30 pheasant eggs but i think there may have been a big problem before with the humidity. My machine was reading between 45% and 55%...
ok here goes.
Just put two different temperature and humidity readers in the incubator to see if i can find out what went wrong.
The incubator isnt set up to hatch just for testing. Anyway the incubator reads 37.5 deg c and 58%humidity which is similar to what it was when the eggs were in...
ok sad news, all died. Not sure what happened at all with the hatch, 3 had pipped two from yesterday that died for whatever reason and then 1 had pipped overnight but its beak was sort of stuck on the outside through the small hole it made and that had died but i think its because t could move...
