That's probably for the best if she has a history of crop problems. I would still try fasting her for a day to see if it goes down like what they do to empty meat bird crops.
If you restrict food for a day does it go down? Does she have 24/7 access to food or is she fed on a schedule? How does her breath smell?
If she has access 24/7 she might just be eating often enough it never fully empties. I would try fasting her for 12-24 hours (with access to water of course)...
Do you know what they were fed or how old they were? All the yellow yolk and pus around the reproductive track definently looks like salpingitis. How many birds does your friend have? If she has 100+ then three birds with salpingitis wouldn't be shocking, and many could've had it for months...
That does look similar to her eyes. Would that cause an inability to dilate? I would be very happy to know that she might not've had a Mareks infection afterall
