The chocolate orpington was supposed to be a second sapphire olive egger but the good folks at TSC couldn't tell the chicks apart! Happy to have her though, I think she's the sweetest chick in the bunch
Hello all! One of my hens (Easter Egger, unknown age) consistently lays eggs with a rougher, weaker band of shell in the middle. The egg itself is fine, I just make a habit of eating them quickly.
None of the other hens have this issue, they do have access to oyster shell, and I regularly feed...
