I have a japanese rooster about 8 weeks old and last week he lost his balance or something. It looks like he is drunk. He eats fine and gets around ok just shaky and unstable on his feet. Has anyboby saw this before? How would you treat him? Any advice would be helpful.
I guess she felt a little blue today. Because I got a blue and green egg and a white egg today out of her coop. All three hens layed today. I guess she hasnt made her mine up which color she wants to lay.
I am sure of it,beause I only have to pullets in the coop and one layes a green egg and one layed a blue egg. The only other hen in the coop is a two year old Japanese. I have a flock of japanese bantams and they have hatched in 19 days. I also think it is because of the size of the chicken. They just don't make you waite as long.
