    Mamas taking chicks out on day 3

    My two mama hens have their chicks outside today & it's only day 2-4 (5 hatched Monday, 4 on Tuesday, and 2 yesterday). Do they know what they are doing or not? It's the first time for chicks for all of us! As far as I can tell, the babies look fine.

    Worming Questions

    My 12 wk Buff Orp pullets have mustardy poop, & I saw a worm. Fairly certain it is either capillaria or cecal worms, so I need something other than Piperazine. DH picked up some Fenbendazole, but I'm uncertain about the dosage & withdrawal periods. Any other recommendations?
