    I have 5 new hens (5 weeks old) and getting ready to build their coop. I'm tempted to build it a little larger and introduce some other birds in there as well (ie quail, pheasants) am I asking for trouble?

    I have 5 young laying hens (5 weeks old) and am ready to build a coop for them, but am tempted to build it larger and introduce other birds (quail, pheasants) into the aviary with the chickens. Am I asking for trouble?
