    What breed is my black Hen?

    I would like to be certain about the breed of my black Hen,because it's eggs have a bitter,weird,undelightful l taste. And i just wanted to know if that was normal? my Hen has black legs,and its black but when light shines on her feathers they turn green, she is very young, lays about 4-5 eggs...

    Hello everybody. finally got my chickens but i dont know what breed they are.

    i have done my homework on how to raise BYC. lol. and this site was real helpful. finally after 2 moths of research and 2 weeks to build my coop. finally got 5 hens. i just love to see this birds and the eggs, well thats a plus, even thoug none has lay any yet. i have had them for about a week...
