    Red streaks over eyes and skin along beak

    My silky hen has streaks of red above her eyes and on the skin along her mouth and beak. I recently lost a silky rooster, who also had those visible signs. He was much sicker than she is right now. I really need to find out as much as I can to try and treat her myself.

    One sick hen

    It's gotten cold here in NY. All but one hen seem fine. She looks cold; standing with feathers close and not eating. I've given her some fluids with a surringe. Any ideas for this time of year illnesses?

    Can someone recommend a spray to seal my turkey's legs. Scaley mites.

    I've used drops of ivermectin on my turkeys legs to kill scaley mites. Although, I've tried covering his head to seal his legs and feet, I could get the job done like that. He is huge! I've waited til he's on his roost at night. I can easily reach his limbs, but before I can finish, he flies...

    The skin on my rooster's legs is splitting.

    I've first noticed "Red" walking strangely a couple of months ago; like a Nazi goose step. I know he has scaley mites, and I've been treating him for it. But, I see the skin is splitting open down through the fatty tissue, from where the feathers stop before his feet and up the front of both...
