    Congratulations "4 Chesapeake Hens" Group!

    Great job getting the City of Chesapeake, Virginia to allow up to six penned laying hens in any backyard city-wide!!! Your efforts will no doubt help out those of us in neighboring cities who are hoping for the same thing. You guys rock - thanks again!!!
