    Processing Equipment Question - gloves for boiling water

    I'm looking for some heavy duty gloves that can be used to help dunk the birds in the scalding water. I've seen this done before and I like the idea of being able to really submerge the birds without risk of burning my fingers. The problem is that I don't even know what type of gloves to use...
