Can I house a rooster and two drakes together with no hens?

I had two roosters in a coop that were getting along fine until last week when I had to temporarily remove one to heal a foot problem he has. Now they will not get along at all and I don't have an ideal place to put my other rooster except for my duck pen, where my two drakes live. These guys...

    Duck with a broken leg

My duck broke his leg about 5 weeks ago. The break was high up in the leg near the hip so we couldn't splint it. We had his leg bound to his body for 3 weeks and the bone has callused over but he still can't use his foot. He limps on his leg but has no control over his foot and walks on it...

    young roosters fighting- no hens

when should I break up a rooster fight/give up on trying to get them to get along? I have two brothers that were born in June. I have them in a separate pen from my other chickens because I had heard roosters usually will get along without any hens around, and they get along for the most part...

rooster cracked his spur off and is limping!

How concerned should I be? He cracked a spur off a year or two ago and it didn't trouble him at all. Now he's bloody and limping. :( I soaked it in some non iodized sea salt and put some anti baterial cream on the little stump that's left of his spur.

can I feed baby chicks regular chicken feed blended up instead of chick starter?

I only have 3 chicks so a full bag of chick starter would be too much for them and I'd end up wasting money

Hen was off her eggs for a while- are they all dead now?

She's been sitting on them since Sunday and we had a barrier in the coop to keep the other chickens from her, but she managed to get out and then was unable to get back in. I left for work at 7am and got home and checked on them around 1pm so that's the max amount of hours she could have been...

    Possible respiratory illness in hens?

Hello, so recently I've noticed that a couple of my hens might have a respiratory problem or something? One of them makes a rattly noise and the other one takes deep breaths of air frequently. They also spend a lot of time a bit hunched up and have a bit of a shiver at times.

If I get more drakes will they fight?

I've got two Pekin drakes now, no ducks. I was thinking about getting two muscovy drakes. Is this a good idea? When I introduced the drakes I have now to each other they nipped at each other's necks a bit and then they were fine.

Chicks are currently hatching- is it okay for my other chicken to sleep in the nesting box with the

I've got two silkie hens and one of my silkies was broody so we got her some eggs to hatch. Both my silkies sleep in the nesting box (a milk crate) but will this become a problem now that the chicks are hatching? Will she like, squish the chicks or something?

    Hunched over silkie?

So I noticed yesterday that my silkie was walking around hunched over, and I never thought anything of it, but when I went up today I noticed that she was still doing it. I was reading about how she (we're pretty sure she's a she) could be egg bound or something, but she's never laid an egg...
