    Wild turkey egg? Help please!

    So, our house is in the woods. We found a large brown-ish white egg (about the size of a chicken egg) near the tree line. It looks like a turkey egg(?), and wild turkeys are constantly walking around that area. But it didn't look like it was in a nest, and I couldn't find any other eggs around...

    Guinea hen gone broody

    One of my two guinea hens has been away from the coop at night time, but she has come back in the day. Is she going broody? If so, then why does she come back in the day? Help? P.S. This has gone on for two nights now.

    chicken pic contest!

    Send in your cutest chicken pictures (it doesn't matter how old they are) and i will judge them on January tenth, i am not very serious about this so don't worry if your chicken has something like a frost bitten comb.     Hello, i am new on byc and i want to introduce myself. I currently have 7 chickens - all EEs - six hens and one rooster. My rooster is crowing and my hens are laying. i also have 4 guinea fowl - 2 hens 2 males. I am also really excited to start byc.
