    Chicks are veracious eaters!

    My 22 RIR chicks are now 5-1/2 weeks old and I cannot keep their feeder FULL! They seem to be very hungry. They are still on Chick Starter Crumbles. I'm wondering if I can start them on the Layer PELLETS yet although the pkg instructions say to keep them on the crumbles until they are 18 weeks...
