3 week old duckling with a slipped hock! Help!

Help! Found a duck hatchling and I don't know ducks!

Hatching Help! 1st attempt at incubating
My eggs arestarting day 24 now. I had one pip early on day 18 but didn't absorb his yolk. He didn't make it. Anyways, I just did a float test. All eggs do a low float with about 15% of egg above the water. There is No movement in the eggs when left for 25 seconds to float. I can't hear...- Jaggs
