    Does anyone keep this breed? I am wondering how their temperament is? I have kept larger breeds of coturnix quail for more than 2 decades, but have never tried Bantams. I also hear that they are more likely to set than other breeds of coturnix. Has anyone found this to be true?

    Button quail - who has original color mutations not diluted by tuxedo/pied?

    I recently got back into button quail. I noticed as I was searching for hatching eggs that most breeders don't have many "solid" or non pied birds. Does anyone breed for color still, or are most birds bred with some tuxedo genes?
