I've pickled quail eggs but just really don't care for them that much. Has anyone tried preserving quail eggs using small batch canning techniques? Just tried it using BBQ and Teriyaki no vinigar using canning technique in bell jars.

I read somewhere that LEDs don't give quail the proper light to continue laying as days get shorter. As a beginner this is my first fall. Is this a fact?
