    What is the going price of a dozen of eggs?

    Due to the issues with the bird flu, I was wondering what everyone is charging for their eggs? I am currently selling them for 2.50 a dozen but, am thinking I probably need to go up on my price. I like in Oklahoma.Current prices that I have found at the stores is 1.65 to 2.50 a dozen

    This will be my second set of chicks this year - this last hen went broody on the 14th of this month - when will they quit wanting to go broody - meaning will they quit closer to the winter or can/will they still sit during the winter months?

    Question - I had one broody - she was on 6 eggs and two hatched out a week ago - one - is no longer (not sure what got it :( ) So we only have one now - so I got 3 more yesterday thought I wold try to sneek them under the hen tonight and see if she will take them? Not sure this is a good idea...

    I have a broody hen that should be hatching eggs this week - I currently have her in a raised rabbit hutch. She has her food and water in there and is very content. What modifications do I need to make once the little oness are here? This will be my first batch of babies from a broody. Help...
